This is a contract between you and us (ELLIPAL). It will describes how we will work together and form a healthy business relationship. Please agree to this contract to become our partner.
*ELLIPAL deserves the right to update this contract when we need to.
1) Advertising fee
Advertising fee is valid for all successful sales through your referral link.

If the order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding advertising fee will also be cancelled.
2) Free Sample
i. ELLIPAL will provide a free sample if needed upon request.
ii. The sample sent must be used for marketing purpose only.
iii. The sample must be used explicitly in some form that ELLIPAL approves (eg. It is being used in a comprehensive YouTube review video or a full review article in a website)
iv. If you fail to give a review or use it for marketing purpose, ELLIPAL has the rights to have you ship back the product at your expense.
3) Payment
i. ELLIPAL agrees to pay either through Paypal or USDT for easy management and that our partners can get their payments quickly.
ii. Consider that customers may refund and return products. ELLIPAL will use net 35 system to determine payment dates. This means payment will occur on the 5th of every month. The amount will be based on the advertising fee earned from the one month before.
(eg. 15th October payment will based on August 1st- 31th advertising fee.)
iii. We will transfer the payments every 100 USD earned through USDT/Paypal. If earnings is still less than 100 USD by the 20th, we will pay you the next 20th when it reaches 100 USD.
Please email your order advertising fee and payment information (PayPal ID or USDT address) to info@ellipal.com before the 10th of each month.
iv. If you are using a coupon website as a referral channel, please contact ELLIPAL for special discount code. If the order placed by customer used a discount code provided by ELLIPAL website, then the order will not be added to your referral list.
v. The advertising fee generated by the coupon website can contact us for a special advertising fee rate.
vi. Use of ELLIPAL company names, product names, or other brand keywords/terms in affiliate search engine advertising campaigns is strictly prohibited. Commissions will not be paid on any business resulting from brand keyword search ads by affiliates.
